DBS Bank Ltd, Asia Hub in Singapore, seeks a Technology professional to act as the first line of support for production incidents, executing recovery procedures and ensuring alerts are acknowledged within SLAs.

The role involves active participation in major incident management, building domain knowledge across applications, and driving adherence to governance and risk controls, with emphasis on reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, production support, command centre operations, service operations or related technology operations functions.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, or on-call rotations where operational support is required.
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, databases, middleware, or cloud technologies.
• Good understanding of payments business processes and domain concepts are preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management disciplines including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with application monitoring, observability, and operational tooling.
• Good understanding of application architectures, middleware, databases, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• - Serve as the first line of support for production incidents and service disruptions.
• - Execute recovery procedures through approved SOPs, runbooks, and automated recovery tools.
• - Ensure operational alerts and incidents are acknowledged and acted upon within defined SLAs.
• - Participate actively in major incident management activities to minimise business impact.
• - Develop sufficient domain knowledge to support multiple applications and services within assigned domains.
• - Drive adherence to operational procedures, governance standards, and risk controls.
• - Contribute to operational reporting, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline.
• - Participate in knowledge sharing, cross-training, and capability development programmes.
