Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years in global financial institutions to architect and lead high-performance enterprise applications for Capital Markets and Core Banking platforms.

You will design scalable microservices with Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, lead full-stack delivery with Angular/React, and mentor distributed teams while adopting modern DevOps and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java experience in global financial organizations.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem and messaging (Kafka).
• Experience with REST/SOAP, databases, and cloud/DevOps tooling.
• Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Lead full-stack delivery with Angular/React front-ends and backend services.
• Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master and mentor teams.
• Champion DevOps practices and AI-enabled development tools in workflows.
• Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management best practices.
