Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to architect and lead development of enterprise-grade platforms in Capital Markets and Core Banking domains.

You will design scalable microservices with Java 17, Kotlin and Spring Boot, lead full-stack delivery, mentor distributed teams, and champion modern DevOps practices. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem (Boot, Core, MVC, Data JPA, Batch).
• Experience with Kafka, Solace, REST/SOAP web services, and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead development of high-performance, resilient enterprise applications.
• Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Lead full-stack delivery with Angular/React integration.
• Mentor globally distributed engineering teams and promote Agile/DevOps practices.
• Provide production support and ensure release management across enterprise systems.
