Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to architect and lead high-performing enterprise applications for Capital Markets and Core Banking platforms in Singapore.

Responsibilities include designing scalable microservices, leading full-stack delivery, and driving Agile ceremonies while mentoring globally distributed teams. Strong Java/Kotlin/Spring and cloud/DevOps experience required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem (Boot, Core, MVC, Data JPA, Batch), REST/SOAP web services, and messaging systems (Kafka, Solace).
Experience with cloud/DevOps tooling: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot; leverage Kafka and concurrent programming.
Lead full-stack delivery, integrating Angular/React with backend services.
Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master and mentor globally distributed teams.
Champion modern DevOps practices and incorporate AI development tools into workflows.
Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management across enterprise systems.
