Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead to architect and steer high-performance enterprise applications across Capital Markets and Core Banking platforms in Singapore.

You will design scalable microservices, lead cross-functional teams, and drive DevOps practices while mentoring engineers globally. Strong background in Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, and cloud tools is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global financial organizations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with microservices, REST/SOAP web services, Kafka messaging.
• Proficiency with cloud/DevOps tooling (AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins).
• Certifications such as CSM or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Lead full-stack delivery, integrating frontend frameworks with backend services.
• Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master and mentor globally distributed teams.
• Champion modern DevOps practices and integrate AI development tools into the workflow.
• Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management best practices.
