Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead to architect high-performance enterprise applications in Capital Markets and Core Banking. You will design scalable microservices, lead full-stack delivery, and drive Agile ceremonies across globally distributed teams.

With 10+ years of experience, you will champion modern DevOps, apply AI development tools, and oversee production support and release practices for enterprise systems in Singapore.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
Strong hands-on in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem and REST/SOAP.
Experience with Kafka and messaging systems; familiar with databases and middleware.
Cloud/DevOps tooling experience: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, Git.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
Lead full-stack delivery with Angular/React front-ends and backend services.
Run Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master and mentor distributed teams.
Champion DevOps practices and integrate AI tooling into workflow.
Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management.
