Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in global financial organizations to architect and lead development of high-performance enterprise applications for CapitalMarkets and Core Banking platforms.

The role involves designing scalable microservices with Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, leading full-stack delivery, and mentoring distributed teams. Strong DevOps and AI tool familiarity is expected; CSM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kotlin, Spring ecosystem (Boot, Core, MVC, Data JPA, Batch).
Proficiency with databases (Oracle, MariaDB, Sybase, Postgres, DB2) and middleware (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere).
Experience with cloud/DevOps tooling: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube.
Certifications such as CSM, Sun Certified Java Developer preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, leveraging Kafka and concurrent programming to automate trade capture and trade lifecycle management.
Lead full-stack delivery efforts, integrating front-end frameworks such as Angular/React with backend services.
Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master, mentoring globally distributed engineering teams and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous delivery.
Champion modern DevOps practices and incorporate AI development tools into the engineering workflow.
Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management best practices across enterprise-grade systems.
