Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead to architect and guide development of high-performance enterprise apps for CapitalMarkets and Core Banking. You will design scalable microservices with Java/Kotlin, lead full-stack delivery with modern frameworks, and mentor globally distributed teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise, Agile leadership, and strong DevOps/AI tooling integration to deliver resilient systems. Singapore-based with global scope.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Kotlin, and Spring ecosystem.
Experience with REST/SOAP, Kafka/Solace messaging, and multiple databases.
Cloud/DevOps tooling: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube.
Certified Scrum Master and Java certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, Spring Boot.
Lead full-stack delivery, integrating Angular/React with backend services.
Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master for distributed teams.
Champion modern DevOps practices and AI tooling integration into workflow.
Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management across systems.
