Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Java Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to architect and lead development of high‑performance enterprise applications supporting Capital Markets (Equity Derivatives Trade Management) and Core Banking platforms.

Design microservices with Java 17 and Kotlin, implement Kafka-backed trade capture, lead full‑stack delivery with Angular/React, mentor globally distributed teams as a Scrum Master, and champion DevOps practices with

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
Hands-on Java, Kotlin and Spring ecosystem with REST/SOAP.
Experience with Kafka and messaging systems.
Experience with databases: Oracle, MariaDB, Postgres, DB2.
Cloud/DevOps tooling: AWS, OpenShift, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub/Bitbucket, SonarQube.
CSM or Sun Certified Java Developer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, Spring Boot.
Lead full-stack delivery with Angular/React front-ends and backend services.
Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master and mentor distributed teams.
Champion DevOps practices and integrate AI development tools into workflow.
Provide production support (L3) and oversee release management.
