Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
• 10+ years of Java/Java-based enterprise experience in global financial organizations.
• Experience architecting scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on in Java/Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, and REST/SOAP.
• Experience with cloud and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices using Java 17, Kotlin, and Spring Boot, leveraging Kafka and concurrent programming to automate trade capture and trade lifecycle management.
• Lead full-stack delivery efforts, integrating front-end frameworks such as Angular/React with backend services.
• Drive Agile ceremonies as a Certified Scrum Master, mentoring globally distributed engineering teams and fostering a culture of psychological safety and continuous delivery.
• Champion modern DevOps practices and incorporate advanced AI development tools into the engineering workflow.
• Provide production support (L3) and ensure release management best practices across enterprise-grade systems.
