Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineering lead to deliver a secure, scalable Loan Origination Platform. You will guide a regional squad of engineers, shaping credit workflows and lending automation while collaborating with business, risk, and compliance teams.

You will mentor teams, champion MAS TRM compliance, and leverage AI to boost development efficiency and delivery quality in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience, banking or financial services preferred.
• Proven experience delivering Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or digital lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Loan Origination solutions within a regional squad of engineers.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership using Java and API-driven architectures; drive automation and testing practices.
