Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Product Owner for the Loan Origination System to lead end-to-end delivery across secured and unsecured lending, working with local and regional stakeholders to shape a scalable, customer-centric origination platform.

You will translate business and credit requirements into epics and user stories, manage the roadmap, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards while balancing regional standardisation and local needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering loan origination or lending platforms within the financial services industry.
• Strong domain knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products, including credit assessment and fulfilment workflows.
• Experience operating on regional or multi-market platforms balancing local and regional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from business and credit requirements through user journeys, UI design, build, testing, release, post-production stabilisation, and business adoption.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and regional platform constraints.
• Drive alignment of local requirements to regional platform strategy and maximize reusability of regional capabilities.
