Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Product Owner for the Loan Origination System regional platform. You will lead end-to-end delivery from business and credit requirements to user journeys, design, build, test, and production adoption, coordinating with local and regional teams.

The role emphasizes translating requirements into epics and stories, aligning local needs with regional standards, and driving measurable business value while maintaining platform integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner delivering loan origination.
• Strong domain knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products, including credit assessment workflows.
• Experience delivering solutions on regional or multi-market platforms.
• Delivery and project management capabilities with planning and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from business and credit requirements through user journeys, UI design, build, testing, release, post-production stabilisation, and business adoption.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and regional platform constraints.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer experience expectations, credit policy, and operational requirements.
• Drive delivery plans, milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and status across local and regional teams.
