Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a skilled software engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of Loan Origination solutions in a regional squad of engineers. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, drive automation with CI/CD, and ensure compliance workflows, credit screening, and document management meet MAS TRM requirements.

5-8 years in software engineering (banking/financial services preferred) with strong Java development and ownership of delivery are essential.

• Proven experience delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms.
• Strong Java development and ownership of end-to-end delivery.
