Job summary

OCBC in Singapore is seeking a Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery of loan origination capabilities on a regional platform. You will translate business requirements into user journeys, UI design, build, testing and release, ensuring alignment with standards and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Product Owner experience in financial services.
• Strong domain expertise in secured and unsecured lending and application workflows.
• Experience delivering on regional or multi-market platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical, execution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from business and credit requirements through user journeys and release adoption.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog aligned to priorities.
• Ensure outcomes meet business objectives, credit policy, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Align local requirements to regional loan origination platform strategy.
• Maximise reuse of regional capabilities while minimising local divergence.
• Balance local needs with regional standardisation without compromising platform integrity.
• Plan and manage milestones, releases, dependencies, risks, and post-production support.
• Drive change readiness, training, rollout, and adoption with minimal disruption.
• Act as primary interface across business, credit, risk, operations, regional platform, and technology.
