Job summary

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of credit workflows, onboarding, and lending automation, using Java and API-driven architectures, while ensuring strong quality, security, and regulatory alignment.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, test automation, and a commitment to audit readiness within a highly regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience, banking/financial services preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience leading teams of 12-20 members.
• Experience delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional squad of 12-20 engineers, coaching and delivering Loan Origination solutions end-to-end.
• Drive API-driven architectures, automation, and testing practices across the squad.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab for secure deployments.
