Job summary

OCBC, Singapore’s long-standing bank, seeks a Regional Platform Lead for the Emerging Business Regional Digital Loans platform team. The role focuses on defining platform vision, roadmaps, and capabilities across markets, while driving AI opportunities and customer journeys.

You will balance business needs with governance, risk and change enablement, leading regional requirements, architecture considerations, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, project delivery, or digital loan platforms ownership/management.
• Cross-country change management experience is a plus.
• Experience in SME loans sales, or credit policy/process management.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate platform vision, roadmap, and future-state capabilities for the regional digital loans platform.
• Lead requirements gathering across markets and act as design authority for regional platform needs.
• Collaborate with IT on scope, cost, delivery sequence, and architecture considerations; ensure testable requirements.
• Drive customer journeys with UX/UI teams and support UAT and feature delivery across regions.
• Ensure regulatory adherence, responsible AI usage, and change enablement across markets.
