Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking an experienced Regional Platform Lead for its Emerging Business Regional Digital Loans team in Singapore. You will define the platform vision, manage backlog across markets, and drive scalable, user‑centric loan journeys across the lifecycle.

You will partner with business and IT, oversee governance, change enablement, and CX sprints, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering value across regions.

Qualifications

Demonstrates domain knowledge and product ownership capabilities.
Experience in product management, project delivery, or digital loan platforms ownership/management.
Cross‑country change management experience is a plus.
Familiarity with loans products and credit policy processes.

Responsibilities

Define vision and roadmap for regional loans platform and translate into scalable capabilities.
Lead requirements gathering, design authority across markets, and UAT support.
Drive governance, risk, change enablement, and regulatory adherence.
Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, QA to ensure delivery of features meeting objectives.
