Job summary

Wipro in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist (senior level preferred) to provide on‑site and remote support in a corporate environment. You will handle L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, manage user accounts, and deploy Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune across the organization.

The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong Mandarin and English communication, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management; ServiceNow (SNOW); Microsoft 365; Windows 10/11; basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and IT assets using ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices per corporate IT standards.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain accurate incident records and IT procedures.
• Deliver responsive on-site support and ensure high user satisfaction.
