WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical help for notebooks and desktops (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple). You will install, configure and support Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, and third-party software, and manage ITSM tickets with SLA compliance.

Successful candidates will document solutions, submit ITSM tickets, and collaborate with the service team to ensure high availability of end-user computing environments in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 setup, deployment, and user support.
Proven ability to resolve IT issues across hardware and software stacks.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline hardware and software support for notebooks and desktops (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Apple).
Install, configure and support Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 services.
Attend to ITSM tickets, resolve issues within SLA, and submit tickets for ongoing tasks.
