Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Support, EUC Support, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and endpoint support.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, or MDM solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, user account administration, and access management.
• Perform device provisioning, software installation, troubleshooting, and OS deployments.
• Support endpoint management solutions such as Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support meeting room and collaboration technologies.
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
