GETRONICS SOLUTIONS (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide professional, friendly technical support to internal business users, addressing software and hardware issues on laptops, iPads, desktops, printers, and peripherals.

You will install and configure new PC hardware and software, perform profile migrations, manage IT assets and inventories, and handle daily service desk tickets to meet SLA targets and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience providing desktop support to end users.
Familiar with Windows PC and laptop migrations.
Ability to install and configure hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to business users in a professional and friendly manner.
Troubleshoot and support end users on laptops and iPad hardware and software.
Install and configure PC hardware and software on desktops and peripherals.
Perform profile migrations for Windows PCs and laptops.
Manage IT assets and inventories.
Work on daily service desk tickets and meet SLA targets.
Coordinate with global and regional IS teams on infrastructure and systems management.
