Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Site IT Lead to direct a dedicated IT team for our Singapore office. You will ensure reliable end-user support, drive SLA adherence, and translate business needs into practical IT solutions across the organization.

You will oversee Citrix environments, desktop and device management, Microsoft 365 services, and site security, while managing vendor relationships and the site budget to deliver cost-effective technology that enables productivity and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience with ≥10 years in a technical team lead role.
• Hands-on experience in end-user computing and Citrix environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site IT team to deliver reliable, user-focused support.
• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.
