Job summary

DKSH is seeking an IT Digital Workplace Manager in Singapore to lead end-user IT and digital workplace operations. You will manage a team, oversee outsourced providers, and collaborate with local business stakeholders and regional IT teams to deliver a secure, modern technology environment.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive MS technologies experience, and a focus on service quality and user experience in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading teams or outsourced providers.
• 5+ years in End User Computing or Digital Workplace roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage day-to-day end-user IT operations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Oversee ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, change, and release management.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues affecting users.
• Manage end-user computing environments and devices across the organization.
• Own endpoint management platforms and IT asset management.
• Plan transformation projects, device refresh, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate security, compliance, and data protection requirements in Singapore.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity testing for end-user services.
• Manage vendors and SLAs; provide high-touch support to executives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a customer-focused support team.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
