Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced IT infrastructure professional to provide hands‑on site IT support at a clinical pharmacology site in Singapore.

You will manage end‑user devices, software, MS 365, and network connectivity, coordinate with regional teams, and lead on‑site delivery from requirements gathering through post‑go‑live support, ensuring security and GxP compliance. The role requires at least five years in IT infrastructure support, and a degree in IT/CS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 & MS 365.
• Strong experience in Business Projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for end‑user hardware, software, Microsoft 365, network connectivity and IT assets.
• Manage IT incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support device provisioning, employee IT onboarding, technology training and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams, vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure issues and support site technology initiatives.
• Act as the on‑site IT lead for assigned projects, covering requirements gathering, infrastructure readiness, implementation, UAT, cutover and post‑go‑live support.
• Support infrastructure refresh, network and equipment deployment, change management and site‑level technical activities.
• Track project risks, issues and deliverables while ensuring solutions comply with relevant IT, security and GxP requirements.
