Job summary

LYNEER CORP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced leader to oversee daily operations of end-user devices and peripherals, working with IT and business teams to deliver trusted technology solutions and strong customer experience.

You will guide governance and compliance, drive efficiency, and manage a team of engineers, including on-call scheduling and performance reviews. This role requires 24/7 availability and collaboration with cross-functional units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or business management.
• 12+ years of professional IT infrastructure experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and design logical solutions.
• Experience managing Active Directory policies.
• Extensive knowledge of EUCS technologies and PC hardware/software.
• Experience with wireless device management and software distribution.
• Willingness to support 24x7x365 operations, including after-hours and weekends.
• ITIL certification or formal service management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of end-user devices and peripherals to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design end-user computing solutions.
• Guide governance and compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reduction.
• Establish and monitor metrics to measure service levels and efficiency.
• Manage and coach a team of engineers, including performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Deskside Engineers for timely escalation and resolution.
• Forecast equipment requirements and coordinate asset provisioning.
• Oversee asset return processes and define safety stock levels.
• Partner with IT, HR and business owners to align services with goals.
• Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews using dashboards.
• Lead internal/external audits including ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISMS.
