Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced On-Site IT Support professional to maintain operations at our Singapore office. You will resolve day-to-day issues, manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and security controls, and coordinate with regional IT providers to ensure service continuity.

In this role you will oversee incident management, asset tracking, vendor governance, and IT governance initiatives, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field.
• 5–8 years in IT support or systems administration.
• AZ-900 or equivalent certifications advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Manage incidents via ticketing system and escalate when needed.
• Administer Microsoft 365 apps and Azure services.
• Support network equipment and security configurations.
• Assist with IT governance, vendor relations, and asset management.
