Job summary

Motional Singapore Pte. Limited seeks an IT Engineer to serve as the face of IT and deliver world-class support to end users and executives across multiple sites, locally and remotely.

The role involves configuring and imaging workstations, improving end-user experiences, and supporting the automation of IT tasks while maintaining hardware across sites. Strong cross-functional communication and security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support across Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident handling experience.
• Knowledge of IT security practices in a corporate setting.
• Ability to lift/move/deploy IT hardware across an office.
• Excellent written and oral communication; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of IT, delivering world-class service locally and remotely.
• Troubleshoot issues and properly document incidents to meet SLA; escalate as needed.
• Monitor AV/conferencing equipment; manage IT inventory lifecycle.
• Configure and image workstations and laptops per standard practices.
• Document IT processes and create user-facing support materials.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to drive projects and OKRs.
• Apply IT security best practices to protect company IP and uptime.
