Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure supporting logistics and warehouse operations in Singapore. You will provide end-user support, maintain hardware and software, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to travel for on-call support. A Diploma/ Degree in IT or related field is expected, with 3+ years in warehouse IT support preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers and networks.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
• Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
• Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
• Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
