Job summary

Maersk in Singapore seeks a Senior IT Executive to oversee IT infrastructure, support end-users, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a warehouse environment.

The role covers hardware/software maintenance, troubleshooting, and project participation to enable logistics efficiency. Travel and on-call support may be required in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related discipline.
• > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.

Responsibilities

Role- Senior IT Executive - Logistics/Warehouse

Responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Mush Have

• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
• Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment
• Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge
• Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience
