Responsibilities:
Overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT projects to support business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
Infrastructure Management:
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks etc
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and standards.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Participate in IT projects to support business requirements.
Maintain IT documentation, including inventory, procedures, and manuals.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- > 3 years of relevant warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, automation or onsite IT support experience
- Hands-on troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners, mobile or RF devices and network connectivity
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in an operational warehouse environment
- Willingness to travel and provide on-call support
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation
- Exposure to conveyors, RFID tunnels or similar automation equipment
- Basic server, Cisco, Aruba or FortiGate knowledge
- Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI experience
- Project coordination experience

- Shift-rotation role, with 5 days of work from office.

- Standby: 2 weeks per month
