Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services in Singapore seeks an experienced IT service management professional to drive operational change management, CAB facilitation, and production change coordination across IT services.

You will apply ITIL practices (Change Enablement, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Continual Improvement) and work with ServiceNow, Remedy or Jira Service Management, ensuring stability and governance while collaborating with regional teams and French-speaking stakeholders when needed.

Qualifications

8–10 years of IT experience, preferably in IT operations, production support, application support, infrastructure support, ITSM, or service coordination.
Hands-on experience with operational change management, CAB facilitation, production change coordination, or ITSM RUN activities.
Good understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Continual Improvement.
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management or equivalent enterprise workflow platforms.
Ability to understand infrastructure and application dependencies across Unix, Windows, Network, Database, Middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage, and monitoring ecosystems.
Experience in banking, capital markets, corporate banking, regulated tech environments, or high-availability production environments is a strong advantage.
Exposure to operational controls, audit requirements, production stability, resilience governance, or service reporting would be beneficial.
Fluency in French is required to support French-speaking stakeholders and group teams while operating effectively in English across Singapore and regional teams.
