Job summary

Trinity Consulting Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT operations professional to join our regional teams.

The role emphasizes delivering production support, change coordination, and IT service management across banking and regulated environments. You will collaborate with English-speaking and French-speaking stakeholders, facilitate change advisory boards, and ensure high availability across Unix, Windows, networks, databases and middleware.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience in operations, production or service coordination.
• Hands-on with change management, CAB facilitation, and ITSM RUN activities.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices: Change Enablement, Incident, Problem, Config, and Continual Improvement.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management or equivalent.
• Ability to map dependencies across Unix, Windows, networks, DB, middleware, MQ, and monitoring.
• Banking/regulatory environments or high-availability production experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to controls, audits, resilience governance, or service reporting is beneficial.
• French-speaking stakeholders; English across Singapore and regional teams.

Job description

• Overall IT experience of 5-10 years , preferably in IT operations, production support, application support, infrastructure support, IT service management, or service coordination.
• Hands-on experience with operational change management, change advisory board facilitation, production change coordination, or ITSM RUN activities.
• Good understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Change Enablement, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Continual Improvement.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management orequivalent enterprise workflow platforms.
• Ability to understand infrastructure and application dependencies across technologies such as Unix, Windows, Network, Database, Middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage, and monitoring ecosystems.
• Experience in banking, capital markets, corporate banking, regulated technology environments, or high-availability production environments is a strong advantage.
• Prior exposure to operational controls, audit requirements, production stability, resilience governance, or service reporting would be beneficial.
• Fluency in French is required to support French-speaking stakeholders and group teams while operating effectively in English across Singapore and regional teams.
