Qualifications

5–10 years of IT experience in IT operations, production/support, or service coordination.
Hands-on change management and CAB facilitation in production environments.
Strong ITIL knowledge across Change Enablement, Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Continual Improvement.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
Ability to map infrastructure and app dependencies across Unix/Windows/Network/DB/Middleware/MQ/Monitoring.
Banking/Capital markets or regulated tech environments is a strong advantage.
Exposure to operational controls, audits, and resilience reporting is beneficial.
Fluent in French to support French-speaking stakeholders; English for Singapore/regional teams.
