ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Change Management professional to oversee end-to-end Change Management across production environments in Singapore. You will review change requests, facilitate CAB meetings, coordinate approvals, and maintain governance to ensure production stability.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, experience with ITSM tools, and fluency in French and English to support cross-functional teams. Candidates with CAB facilitation experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in IT Operations, Production/Infrastructure/Application Support or ITSM.
• Experience in Change Management, CAB facilitation, or production change coordination.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, especially Change Enablement and Service Operations.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end Change Management across production environments.
• Review Change Requests for completeness, risk assessment, approvals, and implementation readiness.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and coordinate stakeholder approvals.
• Oversee high-risk changes to ensure governance and production stability.
• Manage change schedules, communications, escalations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor change metrics, reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
• Drive adherence to Change Management standards and support process improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on Change Management practices.
