Job summary

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) in Singapore seeks a Senior RUN Change Manager to join the IT Service Management (Control Tower) ecosystem. You will manage the day-to-day Change Management process across production environments to ensure changes are reviewed, approved, communicated, scheduled and closed per governance standards.

Qualifications

• French speaking is mandatory to support French-speaking stakeholders and Group teams while operating effectively in English.
• 5+ years IT experience in IT operations, production support, or ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with Change Management, Change Advisory Board facilitation, production change coordination.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Continual Improvement.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management.
• Ability to understand infrastructure and application dependencies across Unix, Windows, Network, Database, Middleware, MQ, scheduling, storage and monitoring.
