Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Singapore is hiring an experienced Change Manager to govern and coordinate production changes in line with ITIL, change management policies, and SLAs. You will ensure smooth planning, risk assessment, approval, and communication to minimize operational impact.

This role requires 7+ years IT experience with hands-on Change Management in large enterprises, strong CAB governance, ServiceNow and CMDB familiarity, and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• 3–5 years in Change Management in large-scale environments.
• ITIL certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production change governance and approvals.
• Coordinate change planning, scheduling, implementation, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for planned and emergency changes.
• Ensure compliance with vulnerability remediation and change restriction processes.
• Maintain change records, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with CMDB teams to maintain CMDB accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes and metrics.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders across enterprise environments.
