Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Singapore to lead end-to-end IT change governance and CAB processes in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow, CMDB, and ITSM experience, with a focus on risk assessment and stakeholder communications. You will coordinate production changes, drive governance improvements, ensure compliance, and maintain audit-ready documentation while collaborating with CMDB teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Change Management in large enterprises.
• Proven leadership of CAB governance, change risk management, and production change coordination.
• Experience in banking/regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong ITIL, ServiceNow, CMDB, and production change governance understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and mandatory ITIL Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production change governance and approvals.
• Coordinate change planning, scheduling, implementation, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate CAB meetings and ensure timely approvals.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for planned and emergency changes.
• Ensure compliance with vulnerability remediation and change restriction processes.
• Maintain change records, governance documentation, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management teams to maintain CMDB accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of Change Management processes and metrics.
