Qualifications

• Experience managing full investor lifecycle and servicing.
• Hands-on with subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and capital calls.
• Strong AML/KYC and regulatory documentation experience.
• Able to engage directly with investors and clients.
• Attention to detail with structured data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding and subscription processes.
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain investor and shareholder registers.
• Prepare investor statements, confirmations and related reporting.
• Review investor documentation and coordinate AML/KYC requirements.
• Perform ongoing investor due diligence and periodic reviews.
• Review FATCA/CRS self-certifications and investor tax documentation.
• Assess tax residency, entity classification, controlling persons and reportable account status.
• Support FATCA/CRS annual reporting and documentation remediation.
• Handle investor queries relating to subscriptions, redemptions, statements and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with fund accounting teams to reconcile investor movements and NAV records.
• Liaise with fund managers, compliance advisers, administrators, banks and other service providers.
• Maintain accurate investor records and appropriate operational controls.
