Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration lifecycle and NAV processing.
• Strong understanding of FATCA/CRS and AML/KYC controls.
• Ability to review and validate accounting outputs and investor records.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and service providers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end administration of investment funds and structures.
• Review NAV calculations, fund accounting records, reconciliations and fee calculations.
• Review subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain investor registers and reporting.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and periodic AML/KYC reviews.
• Review FATCA/CRS documentation and classifications.
• Support FATCA/CRS reporting and remediation work.
• Review management and performance fees and capital accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, custodians and tax advisers.
• Handle client queries and operational escalations.
• Develop and maintain operational controls and review processes.
• Support and review junior team members as needed.
