Talent Legal Global Search Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive, KYC and Investor Services for its Asia practice. Location: Central Singapore.

The role covers administration of Investor KYC, transfer agency services, and onboarding processes for clients and funds. The candidate should have a Finance/Accounting/Law degree or AML certifications, at least 2 years in fund administration or related fields, and strong AML/AEOI knowledge with Mandarin language skills to support

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and/or AML certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, investor services or compliance.
• Good knowledge of AML and AEOI regulations.
• Basic understanding of hedge fund operations is a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsabilidades

• Take care of the administration and management of Investor KYC and Registrar & Transfer Agency Services.
• Process investor subscription, redemption, and dealing orders, with timely confirmations and statements.
• Maintain up-to-date fund shareholder registers and respond to investor and fund manager queries.
• Conduct investor KYC and AML due diligence in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Execute AEOI (FATCA/CRS) due diligence, prepare tax reporting files, and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Support client onboarding and billing management.
• Any other duties as assigned.
