Job summary

State Street Singapore is seeking a diligent Investor Services professional to support end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle activities for clients and funds. You will ensure accurate processing, documentation, and timely communications while maintaining audit trails.

Role requires working with AML/KYC, Tax, Fund Accounting and client service teams to meet deliverables, resolve breaks, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Relevant fund administration or transfer agency experience.
• Knowledge of hedge/fund structures and investor lifecycle events.
• Understanding of investor eligibility and payment-control requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with investor servicing systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to self-review work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process investor activities accurately and within deadlines.
• Review instructions and supporting docs for completeness and compliance.
• Set up and maintain investor, commitment and transaction data.
• Prepare and issue investor communications and transaction docs.
• Support fund closings and related investor documentation.
• Maintain investor capital activity records and reconcile with Fund Accounting.
• Coordinate investor payment activities within controls.
• Respond to investor inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with AML/KYC, Tax, Client Service and other teams.
• Perform self-review and maintain audit trails.
• Assist with new fund launches and onboarding.
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
• Support knowledge sharing and cross-training.
