Job summary

Amethystasiapartners is seeking a Director of Investor Services/Transfer Agent based in Singapore to lead and oversee the delivery of investor services for clients in the fund administration industry. The role emphasizes onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor reporting across private equity and hedge fund clients.

You will collaborate with fund accounting and middle office teams, ensure robust KYC/AML processes, and serve as the escalation point for investor and client matters,

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of investor services/transfer agent experience in fund services.
• Experience with private equity or hedge funds is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investor onboarding, subscription and redemption processes.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Team and stakeholder management experience.
• Motivated, problem-solving, meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee investor services/transfer agent delivery to clients
• Oversee the efficient delivery of investor onboarding, fund subscription and redemption, payment, investor reporting for clients
• Work with other team to oversee and implement investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
• Collaborate with other teams such as fund accounting, middle office teams etc to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
• Act as escalation point for investor and client matters
• Manage and provide guidance to team members
