Job summary

State Street Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to support end‑to‑end Investor Services. You will process onboarding and lifecycle activities, maintain complete records, and escalate issues promptly to ensure accurate, compliant investor data.

You will review instructions for subscription activity, capital calls, distributions, and transfers, while collaborating with Fund Accounting and AML/KYC teams to meet client deliverables and controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with investor servicing or transfer agency systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process investor activities accurately and within deadlines (subscriptions/commitments, capital calls, distributions, redemptions, transfers).
• Review investor instructions for completeness and compliance with governing documents.
• Set up and maintain investor data in servicing systems; ensure records are complete and accurate.
