Talent Legal Global Search Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive, KYC and Investor Services for its Asia practice. Location: Central Singapore.

The role covers administration of Investor KYC, transfer agency services, and onboarding processes for clients and funds. The candidate should have a Finance/Accounting/Law degree or AML certifications, at least 2 years in fund administration or related fields, and strong AML/AEOI knowledge with Mandarin language skills to support

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and/or AML certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration, transfer agency, investor services or compliance.
• Good knowledge of AML and AEOI regulations.
• Basic understanding of hedge fund operations is a plus.
• Fluent English and Mandarin preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Our Client, an International Professional Services Firm is seeking for a Senior Executive, KYC and Investor Services for their growing practice in Asia.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of the administration and management of the provision of Investor KYC and Registrar & Transfer Agency Services
• Process investor subscription, redemption, and dealing orders, ensuring timely distribution of confirmations, reports, and statements
• Maintain up-to-date fund shareholder registers and respond promptly to investor and fund manager queries
• Conduct investor KYC and AML due diligence in compliance with Cayman Islands regulatory standards
• Execute AEOI(FATCA/CRS) due diligence, prepare tax reporting files, and submit before regulatory deadlines
• Support client onboarding and billing management
• Any other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law and/or relevant AML certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of fund administration, transfer agency, investor services or compliance
• Good knowledge of AML and AEOI regulations
• Basic understanding of hedge fund operations would be of an advantage
• Language abilities in written and spoken English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients
• Detail-oriented team player with strong client relationship skills
