Portcullis Trust (Singapore) Ltd invites applications for a Transfer Agency Executive to join our wealth management team. You will review trade instructions, maintain investor data, and ensure KYC/AML compliance, FATCA/CRS checks, and timely responses to queries from Fund Managers and Investors.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a degree. You will liaise with investors and managers, and participate in client onboarding and operational reviews to ensure

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, planning and coordination abilities.

• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
• Polytechnic or University degree holder.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify trade instructions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
• Update investor details and transactions into the transfer agency system.
• Review KYC, AML and due diligence documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Review information for FATCA and CRS.
• Liaise with investors and investment managers.
• Attend to and respond to Fund Managers and Investors’ queries promptly.
• Review and provide operational comments on Funds’ Memorandum for clarity and compliance.
• Perform walk-throughs with new clients on transfer agency procedures and deliverables before launch of the Fund.
