Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to bridge sales, delivery, and migration to SaaS and AI platforms. You will steward outcomes across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance, balancing business value with technical feasibility.

You will own end-to-end solution design, frame client outcomes, define done criteria, cover non-functional requirements, and guide delivery teams from discovery through go-live in a global enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the professional and content thread of the solution end to end across four connected areas of impact.
• Engage during the sales cycle to build product and industry context on the opportunity.
• Frame the solution around the client's business outcomes and map it to platform capabilities.
• Establish a business outcome baseline with the client and define how outcomes will be measured.
• Cover non-functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, security, and data migration.
• Feed into the implementation plan with the right order and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to address platform gaps or design extensions.
• Act as the depth layer behind presales and industry expert teams, coordinating with sales and PD.
