Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect / Lead Solution Architect to bridge presales and delivery across P&C, Life, and future Reinsurance in a Singapore-based role with remote working options.

The role focuses on non-functional and operational requirements, migration to SaaS and AI platforms, and ensuring outcomes are achieved for client engagements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or leading solution design in complex enterprise insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to both executives and engineers across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance.
• Strong on non-functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes and keep teams aligned to business objectives.
• Experience with legacy to SaaS or core platform migration.
• Hands-on with cloud-native platforms and modern SaaS delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution end-to-end across value definition, presales design, and delivery.
• Engage during the sales cycle from discovery to down select to build product and industry context.
• Frame the solution around business outcomes and map them to platform capabilities.
• Define a post-go-live baseline and how outcomes will be measured.
• Cover non-functional and operational requirements upfront, not in build.
• Handover a clearly documented design to delivery at project start.
• Ensure migration outcomes through analyse, dispose, bridge, and migrate framework.
