Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years IT experience, with at least 7+ years in the insurance industry.
• Proven expertise in cloud-native, microservices, and API-driven insurance solutions.
• Hands-on AWS experience including EKS, Lambda and SageMaker, Bedrock for GenAI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT architecture for all Private Wealth projects, shaping strategic programs.
• Drive architecture lifecycle from conceptualization to execution with agile/DevOps practices.
• Govern technology standards and ensure secure, scalable cloud solutions.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams across Asia to deliver value.
