Job summary

Salesforce in Singapore is seeking an Industry Solutions Architect - Solution Engineer to lead advisory efforts during the pre-sales cycle and translate business objectives into actionable, high-impact recommendations for insurers and other industries.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft differentiated, customer-centric solutions, driving deals and customer value. Occasional travel and strong communication to C-level stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• Exposure to Design Thinking, Consulting methodologies and Enterprise Architecture would be an added advantage.
• Broad understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a compelling vision and roadmap for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead industry advisory and solution throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions aligned to business outcomes for prospects and customers.
• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle with cross-functional resources.
• Articulate Salesforce benefits to senior executives and other stakeholders.
• Present Salesforce and partner solutions to customers and partners.
• Travel occasionally to engage with clients.
